On-site CQC compliance audit, reviewing an overall service or an area-specific assessment of current practices, infection prevention and control for compliance with IPC standards, knowledge and documentation, as well as an audit of existing processes.

Mock CQC Inspection
Mock CQC inspection to ensure all standards are fully audited and gaps in compliance can be addressed. Designed to analyse KLOE compliance, establishing if the service is meeting the requirements for Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led objectives.
Outcomes include a detailed report enabling Care Operators to review practice in each area and where required, formulate a Quality Improvement Plan to demonstrate proposed actions for achieving compliance.

Frequency: Annual or Six-monthly Quality Assurance Programme to review progress.
CQC Training Needs Analysis
Clinicians will conduct a training needs analysis, reviewing training that is undertaken to ensure Care Providers deliver “suitably qualified, competent, skilled and experienced staff to make sure that they can meet people’s care and treatment needs and therefore meet the requirements of Section 2 of the regulations”.
Outcomes include recommendations where required and an annual training programme implemented to ensure staff undertake the required training.

Coaching, Mentoring & Development Programme
Designed to enhance staff retention through developing a long-term people strategy, this programme focuses on staff coaching, mentoring and development designed for all levels of staff. An essential development programme for your management team, your senior nurses (when the manager is non-clinical), or alternatively for the whole staff team.

Post CQC Mock Inspection Completion of Actions
Following a mock CQC inspection it can be quite daunting knowing where to start with actioning recommendations and outcomes. Designed around completion of action plans following the mock inspection or for continuous improvement purposes, OSKA will support Care Operators by either assisting with the development of your Action Plan / Quality Improvement Plan or assisting you to develop and implement your Action Plan / Quality Improvement Plan.
