Bed washer design
Perforated, four section, stainless steel floor allows fast draining of water and nozzles have a 120 degree spray pattern to maximise coverage.

Designed to effectively and quickly wash, disinfect and dry using minimal water. Compared to manual cleaning, automatic bed washing takes only 7 minutes which is ten times faster than most people’s normal deep clean, saving staff time and cutting costs.

The flow of the room and the way the beds are processed and handled prevents them from becoming re-contaminated.
Cleaning cycle
Wash: hot water stored, dosed & heated in a wash tank.
Rinse / Thermal Rinse: fresh hot water delivered by steam driven heat exchanger.
Drying: chamber is exhausted to remove moist vapour & pass fresh air over the dual steam to air heat exchangers for drying.
