Embrace
The companion bed for end of life care.
With touch being one of the last senses to fade at life’s end, the OSKA Embrace bed is designed to support palliative & end of life care. Big enough for two, loved ones & partners can lie next to patients & be close during final days & hours together.
Side extensions
When days & hours are finite, OSKA Embrace has the option to extend on each side, increasing the width of the bed to allow loved ones & partners to lie next to patients.
Nurse control unit
Nurse control unit conveniently situated at the foot end of the bed can be used to lock all functions.
Removable foot & headboard
Beds with removable head & footboards are often preferred in hospice & end of life nursing to allowing care givers better access to the patient.
Bed extensions
For taller patients, the bed can be extended at the foot end to allow extra length up to 230cm.
